Reseller Terms

These terms apply to every Geraikita AI Reseller account. By ticking the agreement when applying, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all points below.
1.Who a reseller is
A reseller is an individual or company that already has its own website or service and sells AI access to its customers. The reseller's server calls the Geraikita API using a reseller key; the reseller's customers do not deal with Geraikita directly. There is no custom domain or white label.
2.Requirements and approval
A reseller account becomes active after manual approval by an admin. Requirements:
- initial deposit (Rupiah top-up) of at least Rp1,000,000;
- verified WhatsApp number;
- identity verification passed through our identity verification partner;
- an active and relevant website URL;
- a list of server IPs that will call the API.
3.Prepaid and pricing
Payment is strictly prepaid from GP balance topped up in Rupiah. Insufficient balance means the request is rejected — no negative balance. Reward/bonus GP cannot be used for reseller pricing. Reseller prices follow your tier based on top-ups in the last 30 days and are never higher than public prices; low-margin models receive no discount. Increases due to upstream costs apply immediately; policy changes are announced at least 7 days in advance.
4.No personal use
Reseller pricing is only for serving the reseller's customers, not for personal use. Every request must carry the X-Customer-Ref header with the real customer ID. From day 31 after activation, the discount only applies if in the last 30 days there were at least 5 active customer_ref values and no single customer_ref used more than 50% of the volume; otherwise public prices apply automatically until the requirements are met again. Usage from personal developer tools is monitored.
5.No reselling of free or Unlimited services
The Free tier, free models, and the Unlimited plan (-unli models) may not be resold and cannot be used with a reseller key. Reseller accounts cannot use the Free tier and do not take part in the affiliate program.
6.Responsibility for customers
The reseller is fully responsible for its customers: usage, generated content, legal compliance, and the security of reseller keys and servers (IP allowlist is required). The quality of AI output is not guaranteed.
7.Sanctions and charging the difference
Violations may lead to suspension or revocation of the account. For the period of the violation, Geraikita may charge the difference between the public price and the reseller price by deducting the GP balance, with an auditable record.
8.Changes to these terms
The terms and program figures (tiers, discounts, thresholds) may be updated. Changes that disadvantage resellers are announced at least 7 days in advance; a new version may need to be accepted again.
