Unlimited Terms

These terms apply to every Unlimited plan purchase on Geraikita AI. By ticking the agreement box when you buy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the points below.
1.No warranty, no refunds
The Unlimited plan is provided as is, without warranty. There is no refund or compensation of any kind for:
- model errors;
- empty output or 0 tokens;
- slow responses;
- service disruptions or outages;
- requests rejected due to rate limits.
2.Models and capacity may change
The list of included models, their quality, and service capacity may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Such changes are not grounds for a refund or compensation.
3.Purchases are final
Every package purchase is final. The active period starts when the purchase succeeds (or is added to a period already running) and cannot be paused, transferred to another account, or cashed out.
4.Fair use
Tokens and requests have no quota, but per-account rate limits still apply; the numbers are shown on the Pricing page and in the dashboard. Sharing or reselling access, or usage that disrupts the system, may be terminated without a refund.
Current limits: up to 60 requests/minute & 4 concurrent requests per account.
5.AI output is not guaranteed
The quality and accuracy of AI output are not guaranteed. Responsibility for how the service is used and for its results rests entirely with the user.
These terms may be updated. Each purchase is bound by the version you accepted when buying; if a new version is published, you will be asked to accept it on your next purchase.
